Calls regarding appointments, billing, and insurance
questions are handled during regular office hours. Calls during office hours
will be answered by our office staff. Please be prepared to tell them the
nature of your problem. We will answer routine questions, or take your telephone
number so one of our doctors or staff will return your call if necessary.
Calls received after hours and calls during lunch are answered by our answering
service. In case of an emergency, the answering service will page the on-call
doctor.
